Terms

Last updated 21 September 2026

Spin-Gamer (spin-gamer.com) is run by Paul Stollery, in the United Kingdom. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Ride safely

Spin-Gamer is exercise. The games ask you to pedal, sometimes hard, and a smart trainer can add resistance on its own.

You ride at your own risk.

It’s a beta

The site is in beta. Games will change, levels may come and go, things will break, and the numbers we show (distance and speed especially) are estimates, not measurements. We provide the site as it is, without promises that it will always be available or work on your equipment.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 16 or over to have an account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break the site or harm other people. You can close yours at any time by emailing paulstollery@gmail.com.

Using the site

Please don’t try to break it, get around its access controls, copy the games to use elsewhere, or send it fake ride data. The games, art and code are ours; you may share pictures of your rides, which is what the share pictures are for.

Paying

Everything is free during the beta. When paid plans start, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay, payments will be handled by Stripe, and you’ll be able to cancel at any time.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, from injury while exercising, or from the site being unavailable, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Privacy

How we handle your data is on the privacy page.

Changes, and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: paulstollery@gmail.com.
